Due to the group owning 16 modern cruise ships (each accommodating an average of 2,500-5,000 passengers), they are in need of a large number of workers, including many positions for overseas employees such as room service, kitchen assistant, restaurant servers, card dealers, dishwashers, laundry staff, and cleaners.
Working on a cruise ship around the world is an exciting opportunity for young individuals. While the work may seem simple, it requires high discipline, principled work, punctuality, teamwork, and teamwork. Must know basic English and be in good health.
Having traveled on sea cruises many times, I've had the chance to interact and converse with many staff from Asia, most of whom are young people of Philippine, Indonesian, and Indian nationality...Almost all of them love this job. Despite living far from home for extended periods, they were able to earn a lot of money to send back to their families (they save a lot of money because they don't need to spend money, the company takes care of everything for food, accommodation on the ship, health insurance, etc.), all while having the opportunity to travel to many places around the world when the cruise ships anchor at different locations for tourists to visit on the mainland.
